- All levels are welcome.
- Workplace yoga practice typically takes 1 - 1.25 hours.
- There will be a short meditation session (savasana) towards the end of the session.
- Please join the Zoom Room about 10 mins prior to practice
- Please have room cleared for practice

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund within 48 hours of booking
- 50% refund within 48 hours of practice date
- 0% refund within 24 hours of practice date
- We reserve the right to cancel the event without a refund if Sweetlife regards the relationship with or behavior of client to be harmful or unlawful
- Transfers/Rescheduling:
- Please understand that booking a Workplace Yoga event with us is reserving a special date and time - they are non-transferable.
- 25% is applied if new date is rescheduled within 72 hours of original practice date
